Job Title: Non-Voice Technical Gaming Support Agent

Location: Electronic City

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Voice Technical Gaming Support Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience working in a non-voice technical support role, or be a recent graduate with excellent communication skills and a passion for gaming.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and other non-voice channels
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to gaming
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
Consistently meet and exceed customer service and support metrics
Stay up to date with the latest gaming trends and technologies
Qualifications:

A minimum of 6 months of experience working in a non-voice technical support role, or a recent graduate with excellent communication skills and a passion for gaming
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Graduates and PUC holders are also encouraged to apply
Work Schedule:

US Shifts
5 days working, 2 rotational off

Competitive salary starting from 18K to 30K based on experience
