Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support & Sales Agent. The successful candidate will provide support and sales services to our clients via telephone. The role requires an individual who can work well under pressure and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and issues via telephone and email
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and sales targets
Continuously improve knowledge of products, services and processes

Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
Qualifications:

PUC qualification
3-6 months of experience in BPO telecalling
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
