Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in BPO telecalling and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services
Requirements:

3-6 months of experience in BPO telecalling
Completed PUC
Fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
