Freshers: 22k TH
Experienced: Upto 28k TH (based on experience)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transform / Best Buy Voice (International) Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving improvements and efficiencies across the organization through international voice technology.

Responsibilities:

Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to leverage international voice technology
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements using international voice technology
Develop and maintain project plans and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and project management
Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with international voice technology and project management is a plus
