Eligibility: Female candidates only

Qualification: 10+2 or Graduation degree

Salary: Up to 31,000 per month

Skill Requirements: VT10 / VT12 quality

Age Limit: 32 years or below

Working Days: 6 days a week, with 1 day rotational off

Location: Tin Factory

Working Hours: 6AM to 7PM

Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team at Bigbasket. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will be expected to handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide information about our products and services, and assist customers with their orders.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work under pressure. Additionally, you should be highly organized and able to multitask, with a strong attention to detail.
