Job Title: International Android TV Support – Semi Technical Process
Job Description: We are seeking motivated and experienced candidates to join our International Android TV Support team. The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing solutions for android TV related issues in a voice process and non-voice process (email). The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communication skills and should be comfortable working in a semi-technical gaming support role. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills as this is an international process.
Responsibilities: -Handling customer interactions and providing solutions for android TV related issues in a voice and non-voice (email) process -Providing semi-technical gaming support -Meeting and exceeding quality standards -Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions -Providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications: -Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Excellent English communication skills
Salary: -Upto 35k TH for the voice process -18500 to 30000 take home for the non-voice (email) semi technical gaming support
Work Schedule: -5 days working -2 days rotational off -Graveyard shift
Location: E-City
Immediate joiners required, Versant & ops Round are mandatory
