Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Collection Executive to join our team at Smartcoin. As a Collection Executive, you will be responsible for contacting customers and collecting overdue payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining accurate records of all collections activities.

Responsibilities:

Contact customers via phone or email to collect overdue payments
Negotiate payment arrangements with customers who are experiencing financial difficulties
Maintain accurate records of all collections activities
Communicate with other departments to resolve customer issues
Meet and exceed monthly collections targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Qualifications:

PUC / Grad Fresher or experience
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with proficiency in at least one South Indian language
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Age up to 30
Salary and Benefits:

Salary up to 15000 per month, with the potential to earn up to 20,000 TH
Day shifts only
Two rounds of interview (HR/ops)
Quality VT8 training will be provided
Location: Marathalli
