Job Title: NRI Customer Support Executive

Location: Hebbal, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time, Rotational shift (8am-8pm window for females, 8am-1am window for males)

Salary: 20-28k take home

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NRI Customer Support Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our NRI clients over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and provide prompt, courteous and efficient service to our NRI customers

Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services

Ensure customer satisfaction by going the extra mile to meet their needs and expectations

Meet performance targets and goals set by the company

Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of BPO voice experience is mandatory (preferred banking experience)

Graduation is mandatory

Excellent English and Hindi communication skills required

Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

Ability to work in rotational shifts (8am-8pm window for females, 8am-1am window for males)

5 days working with 2 days rotational off
