Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice
Job Summary: We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives – Voice for our Transform / Best Buy process. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions over the phone.
· Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues promptly and accurately.
· Respond to customer emails and chat messages in a timely manner.
Requirements:
· Minimum qualification: Undergraduate degree (any stream)
· Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
· Experience in customer service, technical support or related field is preferred
· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
· Willingness to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
· Basic computer and typing skills
Salary and Benefits:
· Fresher salary: 22,000 THB per month
· Experienced salary: Up to 28,000 THB per month (based on experience)
· 5 days working week with 2 days rotational off
