Job Description:
We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Phonepe Semi-Voice Process representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints over the phone and email. They will be expected to provide accurate and timely information to customers and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and complaints over the phone and email
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:

Graduation degree required
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Schedule:

6 days working 1 day rotational off
Day rotational shift
The company will provide work from office opportunity.
