Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are seeking an experienced BPO Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree and excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi. With at least 18 months of BPO experience, including 6 months of Banking Customer Support Experience, the candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services
Meet individual and team performance targets
Continuously improve customer satisfaction levels
Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Location: [hebbal]
Salary: 33,000/- Take home (28,000/-)
Requirements:
Graduate in any domain
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
18 months of BPO experience, including 6 months of Banking Customer Support Experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts (rotational week off)
This is a work from office position with a five-day workweek and two rotational offs. The company offers full vaccination, PF, medical coverage, and one-way transportation for before 6:00 am login/post 10:00pm logout.
