Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice (Transform / Best Buy)
Job Summary:
We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives – Voice for our Transform / Best Buy process. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions over the phone.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues promptly and accurately.
Respond to customer emails and chat messages in a timely manner.
Accurately document customer interactions and issues in our system.
Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and attendance.
Continuously update product and technical knowledge to better serve customers.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Undergraduate degree (any stream)
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Experience in customer service, technical support or related field is preferred
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Willingness to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Basic computer and typing skills
Salary and Benefits:
Fresher salary: 22,000 THB per month
Experienced salary: Up to 28,000 THB per month (based on experience)
5 days working week with 2 days rotational off
