Online Loan Application Processing
Role & Responsibility:
• Calling the customers for regarding Loan orders assigned and providing general guidance for the Loan Application updation and collecting the information of pending documents who have already applied for loans in the reputed banks.like HDFC, IDFC, Aditya Birla, ICICI etc
• Perform a general evaluation of an application (Personal and Business ID documents, etc.)
• Gather all important data from the client (PAN/Aadhar details, GST.)
• Verify information and references by contacting the right sources and updating in the tracker.
• Correct mistakes and investigate inconsistencies
• Conduct a final review of the file before closing the application
. Candidate compulsorily must speak Hindi and English with other linguistic languages.
