Position: International Voice Process Associate – US Largest Telecom

Join our team for the International Voice Process with the US Largest Telecom as an Associate. We welcome candidates with excellent communication skills, including PUC graduates, to provide exceptional service to our global clientele.

Responsibilities:

Engage with international customers from the US Largest Telecom via phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilise your excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing accurate and efficient support to customers.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to optimise processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: PUC.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilise provided two-way cab transportation.
Salary: Up to 20,000
