Join our team for the International Technical Support process, specializing in
US Telecom, as a Technical Support Representative. We welcome both
freshers and experienced individuals with a minimum of 6 months of
experience in international voice processes to provide exceptional technical
support to our global customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to customers in the US Telecom
industry via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to internet, phone, and
cable services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilize your excellent communication skills to effectively communicate
technical solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM
system.
Collaborate with team members and technical experts to resolve complex
technical issues and improve overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: PUC.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice processes, with a
focus on customer support.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilize provided two-way cab
transportation.
Salary: Up to 29,000
