Position: Customer Support Executive – CRIC Domestic Customer Support
Join our team for the CRIC Domestic Customer Support process as a Customer
Support Executive. We’re looking for individuals with at least 6 months of BPO
experience in customer support to provide exceptional service to our domestic
clientele.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat,
providing timely and accurate resolutions.
Assist customers in navigating CRIC products and services, addressing queries,
and troubleshooting issues effectively.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic support in
every interaction.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve
customer support processes and exceed performance targets.
Minimum qualification: PUC.
At least 6 months of experience in a BPO environment, specifically in customer
support.
Proficiency in Hindi and English languages, both spoken and written.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work a 6-day week with one rotational day off and a day shift from 10:30
AM to 7:30 PM.
Salary: 20,000 to 22,000 CTC
