Position: Customer Support Executive – Ecpl ITC Customer Support
Join our team at Ecpl for the ITC Customer Support process as a Customer
Support Executive. We’re seeking individuals with a minimum of 6 months of
BPO experience to provide exceptional service to our ITC customers.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries and concerns related to ITC products and
services.
Provide timely and accurate resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively in English and Hindi to address customer queries
and concerns.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and
exceed performance targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: PUC/Graduation.
At least 6 months of experience in a BPO environment, preferably in customer
support.
Proficiency in English and Hindi languages, both written and spoken.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric
approach.
Ability to work a 6-day week with 1 rotational day off.
Salary: 20,000 to 22,000
