Position: International Chat Process Specialist – US Telecom

Join our team for the International Chat Process with US Telecom as a Chat Process Specialist. We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 6 months of experience in international tech chat support, excellent communication skills, and a good typing speed to provide exceptional service to our global customers.

Responsibilities:

Engage with international customers from US Telecom via chat, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Utilise your excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise responses to customer queries and concerns.
Demonstrate proficient typing speed to maintain fast and efficient chat conversations while accurately documenting customer interactions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing accurate and timely support to customers.
Collaborate with team members to optimise chat processes and enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months of experience in international tech chat support.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficient typing speed to maintain efficient chat conversations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Salary: Up to 35,000
