Position: International Background Verification Associate

Join our team for the International Background Verification Process as an Associate. We’re seeking individuals with a minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice processes and excellent communication skills to ensure accurate and efficient background verification for our global clientele.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough background verification checks for international clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Utilize your excellent communication skills to interact with clients, gather necessary information, and provide updates on verification progress.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of verification processes and outcomes, adhering to strict confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the verification process.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: PUC/Graduation.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice processes, preferably in a customer service role.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilize provided two-way cab transportation.
Salary: Up to 32,000
