Position: Sales Associate – Amazon Business Onboarding Process
Join our team for the Amazon Business Onboarding Process as a Sales Associate, where you’ll play a crucial role in onboarding new business clients and driving sales growth. We’re seeking candidates with a minimum of 6 months of sales experience, a graduation degree, and proficiency in English and Hindi.
Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential business clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to onboard them onto the Amazon Business platform.
Utilise your sales experience to understand client needs, present solutions, and persuade them to join Amazon Business.
Provide detailed information about Amazon Business features, benefits, and pricing to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet onboarding targets and achieve sales goals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Graduation degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
Fluency in English and Hindi, both verbal and written, is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
