Job Description:

247 Intouch is seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as International Voice Agents. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in an international voice role, possess excellent English communication skills and be able to work in US shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of customer interactions, providing excellent customer service, and meeting or exceeding performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling a variety of customer interactions through international voice process
Providing excellent customer service
Meeting or exceeding performance targets
Communicating effectively with customers and team members
Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice process
Excellent English communication skills
Graduates and PUC can also apply

5 days working with 2 rotational off days
