Accenture is seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as International Customer Support Agents. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and experience in an international BPO. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of customer interactions and providing excellent customer service, while meeting or exceeding performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer interactions through an international voice process
Providing excellent customer service
Meeting or exceeding performance targets
Communicating effectively with customers and team members
Qualifications:
PUC degree with experience or a graduate degree (excluding BE/Btech) for freshers
Excellent English communication skills and experience in an international BPO

Night shift (UK)
Competitive salary range for freshers: 16000, 1-3 years of experience: up to 40k, 3-6 years of experience: up to 50k
5 days working with 2 rotational off days
Two-way cab service
Selection Process: VT 12 quality and Versant (60 cut off) assessment
