Job Description
Position: Customer Service Specialist – Virgin Media
Company: Virgin Media, a leading telecommunications provider, is seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic customer service specialists to join our team.
Qualifications:
PUC degree with relevant experience, or a graduate degree for entry-level candidates (excluding BE/BTech)
Fluent in English language with excellent communication skills
Prior experience in an international BPO environment is a plus
Job Description:
Deliver exceptional customer service to Virgin Media’s client base
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
Meet and exceed quality standards (VT 12)
Perform night shift duties in the United Kingdom
Salary and Benefits:
Competitive salary package for entry-level candidates (16,000) with opportunities for growth and advancement
Increased pay for 1-3 years of experience (up to 40k) and 3-6 years of experience (up to 50k)
2-way cab service
5 working days and 2 rotational days off
