Job Description

Position: Sales Representative

Location: BTM Layout, Bangalore

Experience: 3-6 months of experience in BPO telecalling is required.

Qualification: PUC or equivalent is required.

Languages: English and Hindi fluency is mandatory. Additionally, candidates should be fluent in Kannada as well.

Shift: Day Shift

Salary: 18K (Take-home)

Responsibilities:

Contacting potential customers to inform them about a product or service
Answering questions about products or the company
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the CRM system
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
