Job Title: International Voice Process Agent

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated International Voice Process Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience working in an international voice support role, or be a recent graduate with exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming and outgoing international voice calls
Provide exceptional customer service and support to our global client base
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner
Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
Consistently meet and exceed customer service and support metrics
Qualifications:

A minimum of 6 months of experience working in an international voice support role, or a recent graduate with exceptional communication skills
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Graduates and PUC holders are also encouraged to apply
Work Schedule:

US Shifts
5 days working, 2 rotational off

Competitive salary starting from 18K to 30K based on experience
