The role entails making outbound calls to clients to collect outstanding debts and ensure timely payments. Key Responsibilities:

Contact clients to collect outstanding debts through outbound calls
Negotiate and establish payment plans with clients
Keep accurate records of all collection activities
Meet or exceed collection targets set by the company
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
Qualifications:

A degree in any field or relevant experience
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Proven negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
Salary:

Freshers: 15k TH
Experienced: 20k TH
Location: Tin factory,Ulsoor & HSR

Age limit: Up to 30 years

Work Schedule: Day shift
