Position: Flipkart Business Onboarding (FKBO) Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a FKBO Specialist. This role will be responsible for onboarding new business partners onto the Flipkart platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate the onboarding process for new business partners, including conducting training sessions and providing support throughout the onboarding process
Ensure all onboarding paperwork and documentation is accurate and complete
Communicate effectively with business partners to understand their needs and provide solutions
Continuously work to improve the onboarding process and identify areas for improvement
Maintaining accurate records and updating relevant databases
Qualifications:

Any graduate degree with minimum 1 year of experience
Fluency in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Work Schedule:

6 days working
Rotational Shifts : (8 am – 8 pm) /9 hrs
1 Rotational Off
Location: Bommanahalli

Compensation:

CTC: Upto 25,000/- per month*
Quarterly Bonus: 3,744
