Position: Flipkart Business Onboarding (FKBO) Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated candidate to join our team as a FKBO Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new business partners on our platform and ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Responsibilities:

Onboard new business partners on the Flipkart platform
Communicate with partners and assist them with their queries and concerns
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Monitor and maintain accurate records of partner onboarding
Provide training and support to partners to help them understand and use the platform effectively
Collaborate with other teams to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
Qualifications:

Any graduate degree
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Fluent in Hindi and English (Versant Level 4)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Working Hours:

6 days a week
Rotational shifts between 8 am and 8 pm (9 hours per shift)
1 rotational off
Compensation:

CTC of upto 25,000/- per month
Quarterly Bonus: 3,744
