Seller Support Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our seller management team at Meesho as a Seller Support Manager. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in ecommerce seller support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to our sellers to ensure their success on our platform
Monitor and manage seller performance, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues or concerns
Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Minimum 1 year of experience in ecommerce seller support
Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Working hours:
6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)
8am to 8pm (9 hours shift)
Location:
Bangalore – Bommanahalli
Compensation:
CTC of up to 25,000 rupees per month
Take-Home – 20362/-pm
Quarterly bonus – 3744/-
