Job Description

Infosys is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our international customer support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients via voice and email interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and efficient solutions
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Identify and escalate issues as appropriate
Maintain customer records and update customer information in the system
Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services

Qualifications:
Graduation in any field
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to work in a team and independently
Willingness to work in night shift

Salary:
Freshers: 20000 (including shift allowance)
Experienced candidates: Up to 45000 (based on years of experience)
