Job Title: Telesales Representative / Collection Agent

Location: HSR / Tin Factory

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to 22k TH for Telesales and up to 20k TH for Collection

Education: PUC or equivalent experience

Experience: Fresher or relevant experience

Language: Fluency in English and Hindi, proficiency in a South Indian language is a plus

Age: Up to 33 years

Working Hours: Day shifts

Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals for the positions of Telesales Representative and Collection Agent. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers and maintaining accurate records of payments.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
Achieve or exceed sales targets
Provide excellent customer service and support
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
Maintain accurate records of payments and follow up on overdue accounts
Adhere to ethical and legal compliance standards
Requirements:

PUC or equivalent experience
Fluency in English and Hindi, proficiency in a South Indian language is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time-management skills
Basic computer skills
Up to 33 years of age
