Job Title: Call Center Agent (International Voice)

Location: Work from Home

Salary: Maximum take-home salary of 28,000 plus a 10,000 variable component.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced call center agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 6 months of international voice experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a work-from-home position.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the system
Follow standard operating procedures and customer service guidelines
Qualifications:

3 to 6 months of international voice experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
