Job Title: Customer Support & Sales Representative/Relationship Manager
Location: BTM Layout
Salary: 18,000 take home per month
Shift: Day Shift
Experience: 3-6 months in BPO telecalling
Qualification: PUC
Languages:
Customer Support: Fluency in English + Hindi + Kannada + Telugu or English + Hindi + Tamil + Telugu
Relationship Manager: Fluency in English + Hindi + Kannada
We are looking for dynamic individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 months of experience in BPO telecalling, a qualification of PUC, and fluency in multiple languages. As a Customer Support Representative/Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and sales processes.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries over the phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Manage customer accounts and provide high-quality customer service
Achieve sales targets through inbound and outbound calls
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements:
3-6 months of experience in BPO telecalling
Qualification of PUC
Fluency in English + Hindi + Kannada + Telugu or English + Hindi + Tamil + Telugu (for Customer Support)
Fluency in English + Hindi + Kannada (for Relationship Manager)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
