Job Title: Telesales & Collection Agent

Location: HSR / Tin factory, India

Salary: Telesales – Up to 22k TH / Collection – Up to 20k TH

Qualifications: PUC / Fresher or Experience

Languages: English + Hindi / English + Hindi + Any 1 South Indian language

Shift: Day Shift

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales & Collection Agent to join our team in HSR or Tin factory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our services and products
Responding to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
Collecting payments from customers and ensuring timely completion of transactions
Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers
Achieving monthly sales and collection targets
Providing feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements:

PUC degree or previous experience in a similar role
Proficiency in English and Hindi, with the added bonus of proficiency in any 1 South Indian language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
