Shift Schedule:

Boys: Rotational Shift
Girls: 6am to 8pm (Any 9 hours)
Week Off: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Titanium Voice. The ideal candidate should have a Versant score of 5 or above, and fluency in English and any other language. As a Titanium Voice, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email
Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information
Meet performance goals and metrics
Continuously improve knowledge of products and services
Qualifications:

Graduate with 15 years of education
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Experience in customer service is a plus
