Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team at Ashok Leyland. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and effective manner
Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team for resolution
Provide customer feedback to management to help improve processes and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer account information and transaction records
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer service software and tools
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to rotational shifts (6am to 8pm)
Education:
Graduates or Undergraduates are eligible for this role
Working Hours:
6 days a week with 1 rotational week off
Day rotational shifts with 9 hours of work required
