Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound calls for domestic clients.
Providing customer service and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Continuously updating knowledge on company’s products, services and processes.

Ability to multitask and handle high volume of calls.

Salary: 13,500/- Take home (Stipend)

Experience: Fresher/Experienced

Education: Graduation with 15 years of education

Language Skills: Fluency in English and any other language, with a minimum Versant 3 score

Working Hours: Day Rotational Shift (6am to 8pm), for any 9 hours, with one rotational week off
