Mortgage Voice Process Specialist

Job Description

Location: Work from office

Salary: CTC up to 4.5 LPA with take-home of up to 32k

Shift Timings: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Fixed Night Shift) with Saturday & Sunday fixed off.

Qualifications:
• A degree is mandatory
• US Voice experience is a must
• VT12 quality
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients
• Provide accurate and complete information to clients regarding mortgage products and services
• Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system
• Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards

Requirements:
• All semester graduation marks card
• US voice experience is a mandate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a night shift and from the office
