Job Description
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via voice calls and provide accurate information
Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to their issues
Process mortgage applications and ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet and exceed performance targets
Salary: CTC up to 4.5 LPA with take home up to 32k
Shift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (Fixed Night Shift), with Saturday & Sunday off
Work Mode: Work from Office
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Mortgage- FORA Voice Process. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and previous US voice experience, as it is a mandate for this role.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior US voice experience (mandatory)
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
VT12 quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to work in a night shift
