Job Title: International Chat Process (Non-Voice)

Location: Marathalli, Bengaluru

Qualification: 10+2 or Graduation

Experience: Fresher or with up to 1 year of experience

Working Days: 5 Days (2 Rotational Offs)

Salary: INR 15,000 per month for freshers, INR 18,000 per month for experienced candidates

Transportation: 2-way cab facility up to 20 kms

Job Description:
We are hiring candidates for an international non-voice chat process based in Marathalli, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a 10+2 or graduation degree and must be willing to work in a 5-day working environment with 2 rotational offs. The company provides a 2-way cab facility for up to 20 kms.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information through chat
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company
Keep up-to-date with product information, promotions, and other relevant details
Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong typing skills with the ability to multitask
Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume chats
Basic computer knowledge and experience using chat tools
