We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an International Voice Customer Support Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the UK.
Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls and resolving customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Providing accurate and appropriate solutions to customer problems.
Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Escalating complex issues to the relevant team and ensuring they are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Accurately documenting customer interactions in the CRM system.
Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements:
PUC or equivalent with relevant experience. Graduates preferred for fresher positions, but no BE/BTech candidates will be considered.
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with a neutral accent.
Minimum VT 12 quality score.
Experience in an international BPO is preferred.
Willingness to work night shifts (UK shift).
Versant score of 60 and above is required for the position.
Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
5 days working with 2 rotational offs.
Rotational shift timing.
2-way cab facility will be provided.
Salary:
Freshers: INR 16,000 per month
1-3 years of experience: up to INR 40,000 per month
3-6 years of experience: up to INR 50,000 per month
