Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our international voice team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and experience in handling customer queries, complaints and providing resolutions. This role will require working in the night shift (UK) and involves interacting with international customers.

Responsibilities:

Answering customer queries through voice calls and emails.
Resolving customer complaints and providing solutions to their issues.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective customer service.
Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.
Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Keeping up-to-date with product and service knowledge.
Meeting individual and team performance targets.
Requirements:

PUC/Intermediate qualification with prior experience in international BPO.
Graduates preferred for fresher’s.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Versant score of 60 or above.
Experience in handling voice-based customer support.
Willingness to work in night shifts (UK).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
