Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Titanium Voice (Black) to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls in a domestic voice and should have a minimum of Versant 5 and above. The position is located in Bommanhalli and is open to graduates with a minimum of 15 years of education.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information and resolution to customer inquiries
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures
Meet individual and team performance goals
Requirements:

Minimum of 15 years of education (Graduate)
Versant 5 and above
Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and diplomacy
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Working Hours: Boys (Rotational Shift) and Girls (6am to 8pm, any 9 hours)

Salary: Up to INR 20,000/- Take home (Stipend)
