Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced International Voice Customer Service Representative with excellent English communication skills to join our team at 247 Intouch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice support, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a US shift role with 5 working days and 2 rotational offs. The office location is in Electronic City and two-way cab facilities will be provided within a radius of 25 km. The salary offered will be between 20K to 28K+inc+variables based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from international customers
Handle customer queries and complaints with patience and professionalism
Follow company protocols and processes to resolve customer issues
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely solutions
Maintain customer records and update databases
Meet and exceed individual and team targets
Continuously improve product and process knowledge
Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice support
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
Graduates and PUC candidates can also apply
Candidates with domestic experience will not be considered
Working Conditions:
US shift timings (night shift)
5 working days with 2 rotational offs
Office located in Electronic City
