Job Title: Non-Voice Customer Support – India’s Online Grocery
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to join our Non-Voice Customer Support team for India’s Online Grocery. The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing solutions for online grocery related issues through chat. The ideal candidate should have strong written communication skills, a typing speed of at least 27 wpm, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: -Handling customer interactions and providing solutions for online grocery related issues through chat -Meeting and exceeding quality standards -Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions -Providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications: -10+2, Grad and PG -Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply -Strong written communication skills -VT-10 quality -Age Criteria – Upto 32
Salary: -Freshers: 15k -Experience: Upto 20k
Work Schedule: -6AM to 7PM for female -6AM to 11PM for male
Location: -Tin Factory
