The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of customer interactions through monitoring and evaluating calls, providing feedback to agents, and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
International QA experience is mandatory
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Salary: 32k take home
