Bigbasket is looking for Voice Support Executives to join our team. As a Voice Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and complaints through phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for providing accurate information and resolving customer issues effectively.
Responsibilities:
Answering customer calls and providing information about the products and services offered by Bigbasket
Resolving customer complaints and queries in a professional and courteous manner
Identifying and escalating issues to the relevant departments when necessary
Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
Following up on customer queries and complaints to ensure complete resolution
Adhering to the quality standards set by Bigbasket
Communicating effectively in both English and Kannada or English and Hindi
Requirements:
Minimum 10+2 education required. Graduation or Post-Graduation degree preferred
Age limit is up to 32 years
Fluent in English and Kannada or English and Hindi
Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
Ability to handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Good problem-solving skills
Flexible to work in rotational shifts (6AM to 7PM for female, 6AM to 11PM for male)
VT9 quality is required
Candidates must carry all documents for the interview
Salary:
Freshers will be offered a salary of 15,000 per month.
Candidates with experience will be offered a salary of up to 20,000 per month.
