Job Description: We are seeking motivated and experienced candidates to join our team. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and meeting quality standards. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities: -Handling customer interactions and providing solutions -Meeting and exceeding quality standards -Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions -Providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications: -UG fresher or experience -Excellent English communication skills (VT10-12 quality)
Salary: -Fresher: 19k TH -Experience: Upto 28k TH (based on experience)
Work Schedule: -5 days working -2 days rotational off -Graveyard shift
Location: -Marathahalli (2 way cab in and around 20kms) according hiring zones
