Position: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Unacademy Process

Join our team as a Business Development Associate (BDA) for the Unacademy process. We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 6 months of experience in education sales, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, and a passion for driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new business opportunities for Unacademy by reaching out to potential clients and partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, educators, and other stakeholders in the education sector.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition in the education industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximise revenue.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:

Graduation degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in education sales or related fields.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work a 6-day week with Sunday fixed off.
Work location: Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.
Salary: 35,000
