Position: Technical Support Voice Representative

Join our team at Intouch Voice as a Technical Support Voice Representative, where you’ll provide expert assistance to our international clientele. This role requires prior experience in international tech support, whether through calls or emails, ensuring you’re equipped to handle diverse technical inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Offer comprehensive technical support to customers via voice communication, resolving queries related to software, hardware, and network issues.
Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot complex technical problems efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Adhere to quality standards, ensuring each interaction meets or exceeds VT10-12 quality benchmarks.
Collaborate closely with HR, Assessment, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing performance excellence.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of international technical support experience, either through calls or emails.
Proficiency in US Shift timings.
Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
Ability to work from our office located in Electronic City.
Demonstrated ability to maintain quality standards in technical support interactions.
Salary: Up to 30,000 take-home (based on experience)
